Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how EveryDay handles data. It is a general template and is not a substitute for legal advice — we recommend having it reviewed by a qualified attorney, especially once online payments are enabled, before relying on it for your business.

Note:"EveryDay CRM" is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, not a registered LLC or corporation. Once an LLC is formed for EveryDay, update this document to name that entity instead.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how EveryDay CRM ("EveryDay," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EveryDay CRM website and application (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, password, company name, and any business details you add (logo, address, phone, tax rate, etc.).

Customer Data you enter: information about your own customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, pipeline leads, crews, and any photos or files you upload while using the Service. This data belongs to you — see our Terms of Service.

Usage & device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically to help us operate and improve the Service.

Location data:when you use address autocomplete, the address text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to return suggestions. We don't track your device's precise location.

Payment data: once online payments are available, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor — EveryDay does not store your full card number on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To create and manage your account and subscription;
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your Customer Data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (an authentication token) and to remember display preferences such as light/dark mode and which dashboard cards you've chosen to show. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

  • Google Maps Platform — for address autocomplete;
  • Cloud hosting & database providers — to run the application and store your data securely;
  • Email delivery providers — to send account, billing, and notification emails;
  • Payment processors — to process subscription payments and (when enabled) payments you collect from your own customers.

These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound to protect it.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Beyond the service providers above, we may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of EveryDay or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we'll notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@myeveryday.io and we'll do our best to honor your request within a reasonable time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. International Users

EveryDay is operated from, and data is primarily stored and processed in, the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
